This high quality extruded aluminium scissor action loft ladder is mounted onto a 19mm plywood back board for installation into prepared openings. Operated with the assistance of balance springs, the ladder is easy to operate and can be fixed into the smallest loft openings without modification. Backboard is 330 x 120mm. For floor to ceiling heights up to 2.9m.
