I am very pleased with the loft ladder and wished I had it done years ago, as an 80 year old I need something sturdy and easy to use which I now have. I have also recommended you to a couple of people.

Thank you very much for your quick response when the support hinges on my Colt roof window failed.  Your engineer attended the following morning and having identified the fault, he obtained the spares required to fix the window and completed the repair within a couple of hours.  I will most definitely contact you again in the future should any further maintenance be required or the windows need replacing.
