Optilight roof windows are very good quality, but low in cost and make up a great value range. Optilight roof windows will usually take between 3-4 hours to fit depending on size. Centre pivoting timber double glazed roof window with aluminium cladding for installation into roofs 15-90 degrees from horizontal using standard Slate and Tile flashings. The Optilight roof window has 24mm double glazing (4mm toughened outer pane; 16mm special gas filled cavity and low E coated 4mm float glass inner pane)
- Achieves 1.1 W/m2K degrees centigrade through glazing and 1.5 W/m2k degrees centigrade through window
- Handle offers two venting positions
- External aluminium cladding polyester coated
- Sash rotates for cleaning exterior pane from inside roof space
- 7 standard sizes
- Can be installed from inside the roof space
- All timber on roof windows varnished
