Posted on September 26, 2012From the minute I walked into the shop at Chatham to the completion of the fitting the service I received was very good. The time I had to wait booking a survey and then having the fitting was ok and the fitter was excellent and did a very good job. The price that I paid was very reasonable and the fact that I paid on completion was a bonus, I am currently using the ladder regularly and will recommend the Loft Shop to others.
