I wanted to replace my whole ladder as mine was broken, I purchased it from a different company, the Loft Shop sent someone round to fit a new one and the fitter had seen that he could fix the poor job done from the other company and only charged me a small amount. They were honest and helpful, I will recommend the Loft Shop.
