Location – Southall, Middlesex

This week we made our way round the delightful M25 to Southall. This valued customer had two old Roto roof windows in his loft conversion that he had done many years ago. The current roof windows had seen better days. We were called in to replace the windows with new VELUX roof windows and in white.

We set to work…

This is one of the roof windows, this one was set lower down as it was a means of escape roof window.

The first thing we had to do was to remove the tiles from around the roof window.  This will allow us to remove the flashing kit.

We then removed the old roof windows.  Here they are in all their glory!

Once the VELUX roof windows are in place, we fit the flashing around the window.

We then retile the outside of the VELUX roof window.
